The Millus Trading Store has satisfied customers.
If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly replace it and advise you on a more suitable product or give you a refund. This does not apply to special orders or custom items.
In all other cases, we adhere to the following rules:
- The Millus Trading Store allows you to cancel your order or parts thereof, without any reason, within 14 days after receiving your order.
- We must receive the returned item from you within 14 days of cancellation. Failing that, the order will remain in force and you will no longer be able to submit a claim.
- The return transport is at the risk and expense of the sender; please wrap the item carefully, return it as soon as possible and keep your proof of shipment.
- All deficiencies, including insufficient franking, damaged or missing accessories, will be deducted from the refundable amount. We will contact you in due course to make a suitable arrangement.
- Obviously, we expect to receive a returned item in the same condition it was when we sent it to you. If there is any damage caused by use, improper treatment, moisture, (fire/tobacco) odour, crumpling, or any other damage, we will not accept any returned items. We will contact you in due course to make a suitable arrangement.
We are sorry that the item does not meet your expectations; please complete a return form and we will arrange settlement within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
